Kara has spent nearly 20 years in HR and People roles, leading teams at startups and advising emerging companies. She mentors HR leaders with First Round Capital, advises with People Tech Partners, serves on the CASA of Travis County Board, and volunteers with Central Texas Best Buddies. Outside of work, you’ll find her with her family, on a yoga mat, advocating for sunscreen, and getting 10,000 steps a day.
Leslie has dedicated her career to supporting the strategic objectives of accessible, affordable, high-quality primary care for individuals and companies. As the Director of Channel Partnerships at Amazon One Medical, Leslie’s work helps reduce costs of healthcare while increasing accessibility to primary care physicians and behavioral health specialists. She oversees a team of inside sales managers focused on providing a superior client experience for retention and growth.
The breadth of Leslie’s experience has included insurance carriers, benefits brokerage firms, and healthcare technology companies in both individual contributor and leadership roles in operations and client management across a wide geography in the United States.
Leslie also serves on the Board for Summit Assistance Dogs. In her free time, she sings with the Seattle Choral Company and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her husband and their two very active teenagers.
Paul Park, Chief Revenue Officer, leads marketing, sales, and account management at Sparrow, the market leader in tech-enabled leave management. Before joining Sparrow, Paul led a sales team of 500 at TriNet, a leading publicly traded PEO. He also sits on the board of Distillery, an AI-powered nearshore software development firm.
