Questions, answered.
Is the Nava service team changing with Alliant acquisition?
No. The Nava team you work with today, your dedicated service team, advocates, and consultants, stays the same. This acquisition is about giving that team better tools, scale, and more capacity to support you, not about replacing who supports you.
Is Nava still Nava?
Yes. The platform, the brand, and the team you work with stay the same. What's expanding is what sits behind it: Alliant's analytics, underwriting, clinical, pharmacy, compliance, and risk expertise.
Does AI replace my HR team or my advisor?
No. AI handles the repetitive, always-on parts of the experience, like answering routine benefits questions at 2am. People still handle the judgment calls: plan strategy, advocacy, and anything sensitive or complex.
Who do I contact with questions?

Why was Nava aAcquired by Alliant?
Benefits are getting more complex, and AI finally makes it possible to keep up. Alliant saw what Nava had already built and the opportunity to bring that technology to its clients at scale. Together, we're combining Nava's AI-native technology, including HQ, with Alliant's expertise, analytics, and reach to build a benefits model that's AI-native, human-backed, and advisor-led.
Am I the right size for Nava now that it's part Alliant?
We continue to focus on mid-market, companies between 50 and 2,000 employees. And now, with Alliant behind us, we can serve you even as you grow.
Is this a good time to start with Nava, or will service be disrupted during the transition?
Yes. Onboarding, service, and HQ all continue exactly as they do today. There's no pause or disruption tied to this transition, you'll work with the same dedicated team from day one, now with more resources behind them.
