We’ll cover the foundations: how to think about AI as a workflow tool, where it adds the most value for HR teams, and how to write prompts that actually get you useful outputs.

Part 2: Hands-On Workshop

This is where you roll up your sleeves. We’ll walk through real HR tasks together in real time, with space to ask questions, get unstuck, and try things yourself. Bring a task you’ve been wanting to automate. We’ll help you get there.

Come ready to work on things like:

• Drafting and refining benefits communications
• Summarizing long documents, reports, or meeting notes
• Building templates you can reuse across the year
• Any HR workflow you’ve been doing manually that you wish you didn’t have to

We’re building in plenty of time for questions, one-on-one guidance, and the kind of back-and-forth that actually helps things click. We’ll be working in HQ, Nava’s proprietary AI tool, but you’re welcome to use whatever you already have.
