As a first-generation U.S. citizen with Haitian roots and a proud UCLA alum, Ed combines deep empathy with a tech-forward, strategic mindset to solve complex challenges for employers. Ed’s career path took an unexpected turn when a major surgery on both legs ended his dream of playing professional soccer in Europe. That experience shaped his belief that life—and work—should be fulfilling and meaningful. Today, he channels that mindset into helping employers create workplaces that support well-being, empowerment, and advocacy.

When he’s not transforming benefits strategies, you’ll find Ed spending time with his wife and two young kids, exploring wine country, watching Formula 1, or passionately cheering on Arsenal.

Dominique is a Sr. Benefits Program Manager at Guild and a benefits geek at heart. She’s passionate about creating holistic benefit programs that are innovative, grounded in equity and belonging, and improve the employee experience. At Guild, she’s led in-house benefits assessments, their first annual employee benefits survey, and ongoing employee listening campaigns. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Denver and is working toward her CEBs designation. When Dominique isn’t working she is wrangling her kids, Alexa and Zaylee, watching movies, and crafting.
