Brandon is the Co-Founder and CEO at Nava Benefits, a modern benefits brokerage on a mission to provide high-quality, affordable access to healthcare to all Americans. By melding cutting-edge tech solutions with deep industry expertise, Nava aims to fix healthcare, one benefits plan at a time.
Prior to Nava, he co-founded VTS, a company that transformed the commercial real estate marketplace, and is now used in over 50% of all office buildings in the United States.
Outside of work, he enjoys getting into nature, and is passionate about backcountry skiing, mountaineering, and trail running.

Deborah Hanus is the CEO and Cofounder of Sparrow, the first high-tech, high-touch leave management solution to help employers care for their people. Sparrow manages federal, state, and local leave compliance making leave stress-free for human resources, payroll, compliance, managers, and employees. Deborah earned engineering degrees from MIT, was a Fulbright Scholar, and started a Ph.D. in AI at Harvard. Under her leadership, Sparrow has quickly grown to impact hundreds of thousands of lives and has saved its customers more than $300M in payroll costs.

Michelle Barrett Falconer regularly advises management clients on disability accommodation issues,the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and similar state laws, and other leaves of absence. In that capacity, she has helped national and global clients, as well as clients with operations based solely in California, to develop leaves of absence and disability accommodation policies, procedures, forms, as well as to create process-oriented solutions to comply with federal, state, and local laws. She regularly assists clients with benchmarking and best practices to achieve their compliance and process objectives, as well as to facilitate effective change management surrounding such initiatives. She also regularly advises on the overlay of paid time off benefits and paid leave benefits with the leave and accommodation processes. She previously served as the National Co-Chair of Littler’s Leaves of Absence and Disability Accommodation Practice Group.
