Donald DeSantis
Co-Founder and CPO

Donald DeSantis is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Nava, a startup on a mission to improve the quality and affordability of healthcare in America. His last startup, VTS, is the leasing and marketing platform for the majority of office buildings in the United States and is transforming how the commercial real estate industry operates. His writing on startups has earned him plenty of praise and critique. When he’s not building companies he’s probably skiing, surfing, or cycling.

Kaylyn Reid
Senior Manager, Total Rewards and Analytics

With over 14 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR systems, and workforce analytics, Kaylyn is passionate about ensuring the organizations she supports take care of the “whole” employee, through fair and competitive compensation, and benefits that provide peace of mind, for them and their dependents. Kaylyn began her career as an HR technology and workforce analytics specialist, becoming a subject matter expert in compensation analytics.

Kaylyn later transitioned into the consulting world, where she has advised nearly 300 organizations on building robust Total Rewards strategies and addressing complex pay equity challenges. She has also had the pleasure of developing a global compensation SaaS product from the ground up, leading both their product and data science teams. In 2023, she joined GFM as their first in-house Total Rewards leader, tasked with shaping the company's Total Rewards strategy and advancing its HR technology and analytics capabilities. Outside of work, she is a proud military spouse, married to her college sweetheart, and together they have three wild daughters and one fur baby.
