Join fellow HR leaders in Austin for a relaxed, high-end culinary experience at Uchiko.
We’ll kick things off with an intimate sushi-making demo led by one of Uchiko’s expert chefs. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how Uchi’s iconic P-38 roll comes together—then the tables turn and you’ll make your own. The best roll wins a prize, so expect a little friendly competition.
Once the rolls are made, sit back and enjoy an 8-course tasting menu highlighting Uchiko’s signature flavors.
By attending, you’ll:
Whether you’re joining to network, unwind, or just eat really good sushi, this is a night you won’t want to miss. No sushi making experience required, we promise.
