Cutting through the noise: How to craft a benefits strategy that employees will (actually) use.

Today’s employees increasingly recognize the importance of benefits and quality healthcare, and are more invested than ever in the benefits their employers offer. But as the workplace and benefits landscape get more complex, employees are inundated with messages, documents, apps, and data — making it more difficult than ever to understand and access the benefits meant to support their wellbeing.

As a result, employees might not be taking full advantage of your company's second-largest line item: benefits. To meet these challenges, employers must rethink how they educate, guide, and support employees - and that means staying ahead of the curve. But shrinking HR teams, budget cuts, and blindingly-fast tech innovation like AI make it seemingly impossible to keep up.

We’re here to help distill it all for you. Cara Brennan Allamano, Advisor and former CPO at Lattice, will sit down to discuss how benefits expectations are evolving — and how lean HR teams can communicate and deliver the most compelling offerings.

We'll cover:
  • Shifting from periodic to always-on communication
  • Guiding employees to smarter healthcare decisions
  • Best practices for communicating benefits changes
  • The transformative role of technology and AI in benefits education, support, and consumption

Meet the panelists.
