Politics in the workplace.

A Nava HR Community conversation.
Wednesday, August 14th at 1pm EST
WHEN
August 14th at 1pm EST

With election season ramping up, political talk is sure to pop up in offices across the US. Because of the potentially divisive nature of these conversations, this season has a high probability to raise tensions in the office — not to mention distract from the work at hand. On the other hand, your company culture may lend itself to these types of conversations, and maybe even encourage them.

As an HR team, it will likely fall to you to decide the scope of political talk that aligns with your company culture. No matter which direction you go, heading into election season with a clear idea of where your company stands will be crucial in maintaining office stability.

Let’s get together as a community of HR peers to open the discussion.

We’ll open up the floor to discuss questions like:
  • Should conversations about politics happen in the workplace?
  • What goes into creating guidelines around political conversations in the workplace?
  • What’s the best way to communicate those guidelines?

This event is only open to members of the Nava HR Community.
